sprint fixing mms LOL!!!!!!!!!!

yet another great reply and job not well done by sprint. yet again they did nothing, are they even smart enough to understand the problem, thier fix was for ??????????????? start at bottom and read up as they are sent messages then replies. I had to erase part of first message as it was to long

I Would like to thank sprint for doing nothing for a long lasting customer. The person helping me this is not your fault, your hands are tied. This little "fix" sprint sent was good for what?..... it does nothing. I still obviously cannot text pics, like I was discussing all along. I dont know what they thought they were fixing but obviously not the problem cause nothing has changed!!!!!!!Thanks for the fix that gives me what I already had---NO PICTURE TEXting CAPABILITIES LIKE EVYONE ELSE OUT THERE WITH SPRINTS MOST EXPENSIVE PHONES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!AT LEAST THERE WAS A HACK THAT USED TO WORK, BUT SPRINT FOUND A WAY TO BLOCK THAT TOO. MAYBE I SHOULD HAVE KEPT MY OLD CRAPPY CHEAP PHONE THAT I DIDNT HAVE TO PAY MORE FOR POWER VISION ON, BUT ATLEAST I COULD INSTANT TEXT PICS!!!!!!!!!! THOUGHT I WOULD BUY A BETTER PHONE AND GET AWAY FROM MY CAVEMAN PHONE, BUT INSTEAD SPRINT MADE ALOT OF MONEY OFF OF ME ON AN EXPENSIVE PHONE THAT COMES BEFORE THE DINOSAUR ERA AND DOESNT EVEN TEXT PICS. SPRINT SHOULD HAVE LEFT THE HACK ALONE, ATLEAST IT WORKED BETTER THAN THE SOFTWARE THAT YOU BLOCKED ON THIS EXPENSIVE PHONE WITHOUT THE NICE FEATURE ALL THE CHEAP PIECES OF CRAP OUT THERE HAVE. FIGURE THIS OUT!!!!!!! MAKE IT WORK, OR CALL ME AND EXPLAIN WHAT YOUR PROBLEM IS, YOU HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER. MAYBE NEXT CALL IS TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREA, CAUSE BY THE WAY, PACKAGE I PAY FOR ON PHONE SAYS IT DOES PICTURE MAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FIGURE THIS OUT!!!!!!! They are far from compensation for the inadequacy sprint has done by taking away and shutting down phone to phone texting pics. This is a huge issue for me and tens of thousands of others, one of you should take the time and google " htc mms" or " htc touch pics " or anything in that pertains to that thought, and you will see just SOME of the angry customers sprint has caused.
