If i turn off the location feature, this problem goes away and the browser opens fine with no reboots.

Has anyone else experienced this problem before? I apologize in advance if this has already been discussed somewhere else.
Sounds like your GPS is having issues. Try to restore factory settings on it, if it does not work then you probably have a defective unit.
