this is normal for task29. the standard RUU utility (flashing software) looks for an activesync connection to the device to grab the device information, and since task29 wipes everything out there is no software. to bypass this, after task 29, you either need to flash from SD card, or put the phone in bootloader mode and run the update utility.
if you have a RHODIMG.nbh on your SD card already, you will have to push volume down to cancel that update and allow the current one to load.
