Files won't open
Some of my factory ringtones and windows media player will not open after i did a system restore with sprite backup. After completion it said system restore failed. I've tried to transfer files from one TP2 to the phone with the window media files that won't open and it will not accept the files. I'm wondering if i do a hard reset will it restore the files and allow me to reopen windows media or will i have to send it in.
