When I go Language and Keyboard, I have choice of select locale, swype settings, swype, and touch input. Swype has a checkmark in a grey box. When i press and hold the swype box with the checkmark it says something about the input method may be able to collect all the text you type. I hit ok and then go to messaging and try the keyboard is the one i had before i selected swype. I see no option for changing the keyboard. I must be missing something.
