I have the weather app and its ok. I live in Kansas so spring and summer weather can be a BIG issue here with severe storms and tornados. I was looking for some type of weather alert but haven't found anything. There is a TV station out of Wichita that does have exactly that, it takes your location and will start alerting when a severe storm or tornado is approaching your local area. They charge for the service and I was looking for something free but haven't come up with anything. I may end up having to go with their service.

I live in central Kansas but their service covers the entire state.
