I just call retention i gues?? because two of my lines where i want to get the evo are not eligible for an upgrade until September. The guy who i spoke was very nice and change the eligibility date for me so now both lines can get the evo yeah!!!! now the only thing left to do is find evos in town
if you want to try doing this dont try online chat, because they told me a big no! i also tryied *2 and i got a bigger no. What i did was call *2 and i said cancel service i forgot what number i pressed. But i think that you are going to be able to do it because the rep i spoke to told me that he was going to do it because sprint is trying to sell alot of evos basically. hmmm maybe because of the 10 footlong?? i mean the 10 dollar fee
