I upgraded my phone by SD card and had no problems. The only issue I have, so far, is using it with my Motorola S9. With 1.14, I could answer the phone by pressing the answer button on the phone or on my headset, which lets me have the conversation on the headset. With 1.15, if I can only have the conversation IF I press the answer button on the headset. If I pressed on the answer button on the phone, it would let me have the conversation on the phone.
Originally, I thought this was caused with me having A2DP installed, then performing the upgrade. Fortunately, when Sprint changed their billing system last Friday, it caused a MAJOR HEADACHE for me and several Sprint Tier 2 techs. I had somehow lost my data access on my account. My buddy and I formulated that it wasn't a hardware issue, since we did an ESN swap with his phone and I still wasn't able to get data access. After about a week and several Tier 2 techs, I was able to get data access established. One tech incisted it was a hardware issue, since the phone took a long time to restart after a ##RTN#, so he flagged me for a new phone. After getting my phone, I paired my Motorola BT S9 headset and was still only able to have a conversation ONLY if I answered the call via my headset. I just have to learn to answer the phone via the answer button on the headset.
As far as any other issues, I have none. I do like the way the phone restarts allot quicker.

Thanks for any help you may provide.

The only possible way you can downgrade is if you backed up your system using Sprite Backup. You should be able to restore the files, using the Rom upgrade option. Otherwise, there is no way to downgrade to 1.13 once you upgrade from 1.15.
I don't think there's a version 1.22 from Sprint yet. I know Verizon offers it.
