I received this case yesterday, only a few hours after my I got my Evo (awesome timing on my part I guess
) and it fits the Evo very well. It's snug, but I think it should be so that it doesn't fall out of the case. I like this case quite a bit. The top of the evo protrudes about a millimeter above the top of the case.
