I like to run fast and lean and have never been a big fan of loading what amounts to a bunch of hacks to try and make your phone work right and the Treo has been a dream so far. I like my Today screen full but not busy and so I generally don't run a lot of things on my today screen because most things look cluttered. Having said that, this is what I run:

Internet Search
Speed Dial
Internet Search and Speed Dial are new for me. Trying them out. Will probably drop them. I don't load a lot on my today screen because WM refresh rates irritate the piss out of me. The mere seconds it usually takes messaging to go from telling you that you have a message to telling you you have no messages irritates me.
I likely try WeatherPanel again soon.
