This is the 3rd time it has happened...the other times I did a hard reset and reloaded all my info via myphone.microsoft.com. But there has got to be an easier way to clear this without having to hard reset?
I think I know what caused it...I was sending a text out then hit send but before the text I sent loaded into screen I exited to home page. It then showed that text I sent to somebody else as incoming from my own phone#. I deleted it and it still showed I had 1 text message. I tried sending myself another text and deleting that and still showing I have 1 text.
