I loooooooove the phone, but had the experience from hell! LOL! Well, not really, just that I got to the Best Buy at 10am for an 11am appt, hoping I’d get set up a bit earlier, as I had to be at work at noon. Nope, the manager said I probably wouldn’t get set up much before that. Ok, well the Sprint rep said he’d give me a $25 credit for being patient. Cool! (turns out they opened at 7 and had called some people to see if they could come in early - wish they had called ME!)

Well, it went downhill from there… No sooner is it my turn, at a few minutes before 11, than the servers go down and pretty much STAY down, with momentary up times for the next TWO HOURS AND FORTY FIVE MINUTES!! YIKES!!! The guys couldn’t do anything! They tried phoning in orders, but we wouldn’t get the upgrade credit or anything, just charged the full price! They were trying, but it wasn’t their fault – Sprint’s servers were overloaded and their hands were tied. We were all pretty cool except one jerk who was making a fuss and cursing, as if only HIS time was valuable. “I’m on the clock at work and have to get out of here!” Well, bucko, that’s YOUR problem, for leaving work to get a phone! I was going to be VERY late for work and told him so, that we were all in the same boat and he wasn’t the only one!

I bought a Seidio case (the two piece slide together one) with a 10% discount given and they also gave us a Plantronics 230 bluetooth for free. Not bad.

When I FINALLY got it all worked out, I thanked the guys and wished them luck and that I’d say a prayer for them! LOL! It was really bad for them, but it seemed to FINALLY settle down. I was in the store for almost 4 hours! Sheesh!

Then I realized I never asked about how I was going to get that $25 credit. I'll give good ol' customer service a call tomorrow and see what they say. Hopefully I won't have to go off on someone! LOL! j/k
