To change the right soft key you need to do this:
go to HKCU/software/microsoft/today/keys
there add a directory called 113 (just like the 112 that is there)
then in the 113 directory add these two strings
Default:"the name you want displayed"
Open:"the path to the .exe file you want opened"
Basically it should look just like the keys in the 112 directory. You could probably even copy and paste them and then change the values.
