It's likely, for a while at least. Not 100% sure, but just wait a bit to be safe. How many times did you get a Windows Mobile OTA? NEVER. You don't need it now, trust me. It works fine. Just make sure your SD Card is formatted FAT32. If not, copy the files to your PC, then let the phone format the card from the settings menu, then copy everything back.
