I put CHT on and have all set up on my phone, but I want to move my message and e-mail tab futher back on my slider seeing that I have my notification bar on the home screen. Go to Settings on your slider, then choose Personalize. Select Home Screen Tabs from the list and grab the "move object" thing on the far left and move it further down the list. Here you can also remove unused tabs if you desire.
