Im just working the statistics here. Lets see last time I checked brain surgeons and rocket scientists didn't wear clothing like that. Or we could be wrong and he just couldn't afford pants so he puled his shorts all the way down to compensate. No different than me wearing tight pants, cowboy boots and a hat and someone calling me a redneck or a cowboy.
