damn. I checked the chat feature yesterday and it was not working. figured that meant since its a holiday sprint was closed and I'd do it today. bad mistake!
I did the chat thing and they said $70 credit only but that WOULD eat up my 2 year upgrade which I am eligible for.
I called account services and she said, "awww I wish you called yesterday cause we were offering the 10/24 and now there is nothing account services is offering". She said customer services can offer the $70 credit which will NOT eat up my upgrade.
I called c/s and she said there is nothing she can offer me. had her check with her sup and then she said the only thing she can do is offer me the $70 credit but it WILL eat up my upgrade. grrrr! hour wasted and got no where. wish I called yesterday...
