I expect them to mess up a few. I called my RS 4 times to set my appt time to pick up the evo, STUPID employees put me on hold for 10 minutes. I called back and they tried to put me on hold again, then they told me I would have to call back some other time. Called again and they told me the manager locks the preorder list in the safe so I couldnt setup an appt time. (UHHHH WHAT?!?!) So the next morning I went in and had a nice long talk with the manager and got my apt time bumped up to 6 am
