NOOB Question:

I have always either bought my phones from sprint directly or from craigslist so I'm curious...

Will we all be charged the $18 activation fee for buying radio shack or best buy?

I ask because i just went to sprint.com to check my upgrade eligibility and at the bottem it says that the $18 activation fee is waived for online purchases. That made me kinda think well what about 3rd party distributors like walmart, bb and rs? Anybody got details on this?
