Android is probably the future, but it's definitely not ready for prime time right now.

I considered switching until I realized my TP2 with the latest NRG ROM has a lot of capability that is completely missing from Android at this time.

Of course the awesome hardware KB is the first thing that comes to mind, but everyday I use Sling Mobile, TV out, Sirius Radio, WMWifirouter, play tons of different format movies, 3-4 GPS apps (GarminXT) etc etc etc.

Other than maybe GPS, not one of these functions is available in Android at this time. I like the speed/smooth operation as much as anybody, but I am not willing to give up half my favorite functions to get it.

I'm sure in 6 months time all this stuff will be worked out, but of course by that time all the current Android phones will be obsolete & something 10 times cooler will be available.......
