yes you can do it yourself easily. i manage a sprint service center and it really takes maybe 5 minutes 10 to 15 if the rep has never done one before. so theres no need that you had to wait over an hour to get it done. come visit me in raleigh NC and we'd have ya out the door in 15 minutes
but the drive to get to us may be a bit longer LOL
