Yes you can sync Outlook on your desktop and on Android with an exchange acct. mail2web doesnt allow desktop outlook sync on their free plan but they do offer that functionalit for a price. if anyone needs a reliable affordable full exchange 2007 provider thn check out Sherweb.
What program do I need installed on my PC to sync Android to my Outlook?
