There is an ESPT.lnk in the Windows folder you can get to it that way.. also there is a cab called ##codes or Ive seen it called phone codes.. youll have to search because Im not on the computer. But it will put a folder in the start menu that will have all the ## codes in it.
The reason they dont work is because of the dialer, not because of the ROM.
