quick answer w/out links: the slider, i think is the anastasia (on xda hd2 section); the weather is from jag....sumthing (sorry 4got name n spelling, on xda also in the hd2 section or general themes section); taskbar is also anastasia (xda hd2 section)
i could be wrong but i believe thats them, also if you search this thread w/ "anastasia", you might pop up sum posts w/ links.
