Re: Considering Sprint? Read This First!

isnt verizons month to month serice almost twice the price of contract service? i.e: the 70 dollar plan on contract is ove 100 to start month to month. im not talking about just post contract month to month, but to start a no contract plan. what you are paying extra for the non subsidized phone, plus the higher priced plan, its almost the same as paying an early termination fee. maybe even more! besides, to the op, you might just like sprint, you never know. what if you ended up staying off contract at a higher monthly fee for 2 years, and never switched, id fell like a chump for shelling out all that extra money just to avoid a contract out of principle. also, where ever you heard cell contracts are illegal based on whatever, thats not true. its at will. no ones forcing you to sign. if you dont want a contract, there are ways to avoid it, as youve found, but no one puts a gun to your head and makes you sign it, there for its legal.
