My call came like last Saturday I think. I am 9am on the 4th, but I went in and talked to one of the sales reps on Monday or Tuesday (I forget) to ask how it would work as far as people who pre-oredered and those that didn't. He basically made it seem like my phone was guaranteed, but I would have to wait in line for service. I just didn't understand, isn't the whole point of an appointment so we don't have to wait in whatever line forms? I get the feeling he wasn't much understanding what I was saying, when i told him I had an appointment he seemed like it went over his head. I am going to have my husband pick it up anyways when he gets off of work in the morning, so I figure no one will stop the fuzz from going to the front of the line
