I really do not see anything that can improve iPhone. Do not get me wrong, not saying that it's so good, you cannot improve it any further. To me, it seems that Steve and Co wants to keep it same old crap that it was back when it was released. Icon based interface, multitasking after few years of release, no dynamic icons. They are afraid of changing too much in order not to spook potential buyers. And in it's current form, there's just not much that Apple can do.
Also, to me, iPhone does not count as smart phone. It's an "App Phone" or "improved nGage" and feels more of a toy than anything else.
