FREE Skype Video Calling on HTC EVO via Fring
Fring is a FREE app to download that will enable voice/video chat on mobile devices through various clients (Skype, GoogleTalk, AOL, etc.). It is available via Android and WinMo devices. Currently the EVO is the only device that supports video calling though.
