Its free the first time. If you unlock more, just pay the donation. I've had 4 replacements and payed 3 times. Just make the minimal $5-10 USD donation to unlock it. It won't break the bank.
You can try emailing them and having them unlock the license for you, but i tried this and they were unable to make it work. Just make the donation. Its well worth it
