I'm out of warranty and all hope is pretty much lost with getting a replacement. Does anyone know where I can by a replacement screen? I've been told it's impossible to replace the digitizer due to high pressure glue and some sort of laser apparatus.

Before you go trying to tear the thing apart have you tried doing a few soft resets or a few hard resets?
