with file explorer go to Application Data -> HTC -> ProgLauncher & delet all those files, then the correct icons will show in quicklinks 
i dont use bg on all tabs but you can search the threads attachments for a working one http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/misc.php?d...ments&t=110661
