no, its not. it is just
this phone. I read that there are some that have not had one problem and everything is fine. I have just not had that great of a time. I knew things were bad when the update was in the works that quick. Too many gripes and complaints on various boards to make me think I was alone. But the update actually did half of what it was supposed to do. I have yet to enjoy this phone due to its bugs and quirks.
