im sprint premier and ive had alot of issues with them the past year. that's also why i get 27% off my bill + an extra $20 off for the next two years.
currently my hero is jacked, im on my 3rd replacement. i called sprint tonight and demanded another phone, either the evo or moment. they said they only allow 3 replacements per year which i know is bullsh**. so ill be calling corporate tomorrow. you just have to be persistent with them.
