I am a former Alltell customer but I switched to Verizon so that I could get the upgrade and Touch Pro 2. I did the OTA prl and rebooted and it still didn't fix for me. I found the provisioning in the misc. setting and did it manually
sorry, im on sprint and it works perfect here. need good signal but works fine.
