Cook County Sales Tax is like over 10% in the Downtown area.. And everyone is talking about packing heat.. I don't even own a gun, its illegal to own a handgun in Chicago.. But trust, I am only 5'10, not a big guy at all but I punch really hard so no one is just going to take my Evo..
