Have the cleanup .cab on my Verizon TP2 - noticed that with the screen "locked" I still get a sound like the volume adjustment (volume up) when the area of the Start Bar is touched.

(Stock VZW 6.5 ROM with cleanup cab, HD wallpaper and 1:02 clock fix)

Anyone else have this issue?
