One thing is no one really seems to know what the price of the device is yet it seems. Is it $499 or $599? I don't know if I'm going to be willing to pay $599 @ RS. The Sprint girls said you could pre-order on Sprints web site but I couldn't find it.

Seems like someone did not do there job at RS when you pre-ordered. They were supposed to make sure you were eligible for a full upgrade.
RS has confirmed their unactivated price will be $499.99.
