If they are really provisioning XML files, you should be able to drop them in a folder on your storage card called XDA_UC and then they will be automatically imported. I know that .XML files work, so I am not sure if you will need to rename them. You can test this by running XDA_UC anytime with one or two files in that folder. The link is in the Tools folder. Alternatively, you can PM me the contents of one of your files and I will tell you if simple renaming will work.

I was able to convert from SDConfig to XDA_UC in less the 5 minutes and 4 of those were spent watching the files copy over.
