The ability to scroll through the directories on the top of the screen is part of an extension addon for file explorer, right? Maybe if jstine just uses file explorer (without the extension) it would solve the problem. Don't know, just guessing! Also, is having the extension worth the resetting issue?

Suntopper, I will send a pm for the link to a rom that I will build tomorrow without file exp. ext. so you can try it. But what I remember 3 or 4 months ago we had the same problem with with a different task manager(sorry can't remember it's name). When this was 1st reported I didn't have file explorer ext. in the roms. I'm not sure what is causing the problem, but I will try anything to solve the issue. So Suntopper, are game to beta test V9 23569 without the ext in the rom? I should be 99% done with the rom by 16:00 hrs tomorrow so let me know. Major changes to V9, new manila engine, new xip and sys, oem's. Pretty smooth rom so far!. CHT import errors gone, larger start menu text.
