I was able to get it to work with the suggested minimum install CABs in post #1, but the graphics were missing and such so I had to install some other things. I think a couple of pages back Freeza gives the short list of what CABs you need to have it working. What is the specific issue you are seeing?
Here is a list of all the CABs I have installed with QuickGPS working:

Most of these are probably unnecessary, but I just wanted to share my config that I found to work.
