Thanks for reply, but I am not sure if you completely read or understood my (long) msg: I actually NEED the dial-up network setup, like the old way because I need the non NAT public IP. ICS does not get me thr my wrkplace VPN!

Yes, I do know ICS is easier but that's not giving you the benefit of a non NAT public ip.

I feel like I need to provide an explanation of non NAT public IP!? Hope I am not harsh sounding toward anyone but once again I will repeat: Anything related to tethering with ICS won't help what I need!
