To backup the stocks you have listed in the stocks tab, you need to shutdown sense and backup this file:
\Application Data\HTC\YGO\ygoservice.db
To backup settings for the stock tab, such as how often to download, there are stock settings in:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC\Manila]
The settings all start with Stock. E.G. StockData.DownloadWhenRoaming
