in an 8 to 10 hour day i could activate about 16 - 20 phones on my own, probably more if i didn't do anything besides activate, ring, and send the customer on their way. and best buy is probably going to have more than 1 or 2 people handling phone sales so they should be able to do 10 to 15 phones times however many people they want to assign to it
so a 30 phone/day limit just seems like a bad idea that doesn't really make sense
