We tried this with my step son's texts when we thought he was using text messages to cheat on tests. (we did not go through with getting a court order due to the legal costs) However, sprint disabled the text delete feature on his phone so he couldn't delete the texts, which of course, we checked.

Yeap a court order is needed. But how many dumb reps you get on a phone call who does not know how to do there job right? Plus last number you dail they can that. But a order is needed to tell someone it. Sprint has the dumbest cust. service reps. Listen how they talk, hahaa like cavemen breathing heavy on the mics. Put you on hold eatting a cupcake. But his girl put a quarter in his a%* she played him with that trust it. Question it was you right hahaa the guy who threw up this post right.
