Since the famed Dropbox application is now available for Android I have found that I can move files into the Android file system without having to reboot into windows mobile or remove my microSD card.
The app is on its first version so it isn't perfect yet, but it is well on its way.
For all of you that love Dropbox like I do I thought this might be helpful.
