and no... no matter what they call it, its because you have access to the 4G network, no other phone in the US has wimax access.. as i dont control sprint, i cant say in the future there wont be, but not anytime soon...
in the future, cell plans will all be based on megabytes/gigabytes and not minutes.. sprint says in about 2 yrs they anticipate.. so everything will be premium data then youd assume http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2361784,00.asp

you can say what you want, but when i tethered in the beginning, my phone was stock with only mobile shell on it. no hacks, but believe what you want.
