Also, when I try to add a bookmark to the today screen, it doesn't list the bookmarks I've already set for Opera for some reason. Instead, I have to create another bookmark for the site I want to quicklink.

Do you have the opera set to view the mobile version or the desktop version? It sounds like you have it set to view the desktop version.
The homescreen quicklinks will only bring up IE shortcuts for some reason.

Are you sure your mobile isn't looking at the GSM ROMs by chance? TMK NRG has only made SPB mobile shell ROMs for GSM devices
