im using beautiful widgets on the android port 4 tp2, def. a nice app
also i found another great app thats a "home plug-in" sort of that takes care of file manager, task manager an sd apk installer. its androidmate, but i think you need to be rooted
so i guess until then but should check it out either way
"widget pack" is another nice 1 i found and "more icon widgets" is also good both add more apps to be displayed on your home screen taking up less the space
