I was just pointing out the fact that Sprint does not make this clear. You could technically have met the requirement below, but choose to pay full retail (i don't know why you would, but...). Should you be denied the rebate?

• More than 22 consecutive months since
the subscriber’s last device discount
• A new two-year Agreement
