Just got back from Radio Shack. No go. Will not let me pre-order because of EPRP. She tried to look at my account info and then said they couldn't do it because I was a referral customer. She said no retail store will be able to sell you one. You need to go through telesales.
Just my luck, I live by every RS and BB where they go by the book
So far, looks like I'm still going telesales and overnight delivery.
